Manual lubrication is the simplest method of lubrication. Drill pipe's hoisting sprockets, pulleys, supporting wheel ropes, chains, open gears, slides, etc. all use manual lubrication.

Drill pipe lubrication must be filled in accordance with the rules and regulations. When filling the oil, pay attention to the following points:

1) When applying lubricating grease to the exposed part, first clean the dirt and sand from the oiled area, and then apply oil.

2) When the walking part is lubricated, it should be injected until the travel around the journal.

3) When applying oil on the steel rope, heat the oil to facilitate the oil to penetrate into the hemp core of the steel rope.

4) The lubricating oil used should be pure and not mixed with oil.

5) When lubricating in winter, the lubricating oil is easy to freeze, so you can add a small amount of mechanical oil and stir evenly.

6) Drilling Tools Manufacturer's oil injection gun should adopt screw piston propelling oil gun, which has high oil injection pressure and reliable oil injection.
