There is no plot or surprise when it comes to a game like AC. I really find it crazy when folks are bothered by something as trivial as that. With Animal Crossing Items trailers, reveals, and literal swapped hemisphere seasons people will be exposed to inaccessible items anyhow. Like why are ppl's experience destroyed by seeing a hallowe'en item when there was literally a whole trailer showcasing all of the new things??
Memorials:
They're nice. People grieve differently and having it manifest in a healthy game such as AC is endearing to see.
In terms of memorials, I believe it would definitely be best to restrict them somehow. While they don't both me in the slightest and obviously people who post them do not mean them to be bothering, you sort of have to cater to the minority as those images could be very upsetting for some people so it's better to have any repairs.
I'd also encourage what another commenter has said about flaring edited screenshots. It would only be helpful for transparency and means that anyone new to the sport won't believe that they can do things in-game that really are not possible and be let down.
I think that a spoiler label will be great, particularly since we're approaching one year at the match. People have already begun posting stuff about how dreadful the eggs in rabbit day were, and it's not fair to newer players that havent seen bunny afternoon (or whatever thing) yet.
I concur about including dialogue in low effort article ban. I am very tired of all of the gravy licking posts.
posts. These have become more prevalent and they're getting so dull. Frankly, I dont care if you restart your island or not.
I honestly think that most of the rules are alright, but I have some suggestions. Let me start this off by stating my reddit account might not have been created a long time before, but I lurked this sub without an account since like october. I think that reposts are kind of a Issue here, however, I know on a few subreddits like repostsleuthbot mechanically checks ifI believe that you guys should follow different subreddits' examples and do daily/weekly sticky posts on particular subjects. For instance the buy Animal Crossing New Horizons Items WoW subreddit does a monday ribbon for match questions, a brag thread, etc., even the unresolved mysteries subreddit does this using a meta monday and material.
