    Since the bumper injection mold adopts internal parting technology, the reverse parting line of plate a is located below the inclined top of the movable mold side. In order to avoid the risk of damaging the mold during operation, the working process of the mold is very strict. Next, discuss the steps and precautions starting from the clamping.

    ① Before closing the mold, the ejector plate is 50mm away from the bottom plate of the mold to ensure that the back of the plate does not touch the horizontal small inclined top protruding from the large inclined top. Press the reset lever and the board can successfully complete the closing action.

    ② Return the push plate and the inclined jack to their position.

    ③ Before opening the mold, pressurize the ejection cylinder to ensure that the entire ejection system and a board can be opened simultaneously. When opening the mold, first open the A board and the thimble board by 60mm to ensure that the plastic parts and the horizontal small inclined top are separated from the back buckle surface of the A board.

    ④The fixed mold a plate continues to open the mold, and the ejector plate in the movable mold remains unchanged at 60mm ejection state, so as to achieve the function of separating the a plate from the straight top.

    ⑤ After the fixed mold is opened to the required space, continue to push out the ejector plate in the movable mold by 164mm. At this time, the horizontal small inclined top guide rod reaches the turning point of the changing angle of the guide rail, and the back buckle surface of the plastic part is separated from the mold. If the plastic part is stuck on the small inclined roof at this time, directly pull the plastic part out of the mold by hand, otherwise, push the ejector plate to the final position 210mm.
    ⑥If the product is slightly stuck to the small inclined top, the product will be ejected when it is pushed out 164mm. Take off the product and directly cycle to step ① to prevent the product from being pulled back by the horizontal small inclined top, making it impossible to remove the product.
    ⑦If the plastic part does not stick to the horizontal small inclined top, push the ejector plate to 210mm, take out the plastic part after demolding, and cycle to step ①.
