Jagex worked with the designer of the cult Old School RuneScape mod RuneLite HD to make the HD version accessible to RS Gold all players. Steamforged's forthcoming board game will offer the fans of RuneScape a second option to immerse themselves in Gielinor's world Gielinor and create their own adventures.
Runescape publisher Jagex's publishing wing has been able to secure a promising Indie release under Jagex Partners. Jagex Partners brand, making Melvor Idle an independent no more. It's an idler game that's similar to games such as Clicker Heroes or Idle Champions of the Forgotten Realms, released on Steam last year and wears its inspirations from Jagex's mainstay Runescape very proudly.
Melvor Idle is a detailed multi-track idler that will attempt to recreate "the essential elements to the RuneScape franchise in a manner that they could be enjoyed casually," says the publisher. It's a pretty feature-rich idle game, one which offers plenty of things to craft and grow, aswell in a focus on zero quality mechanics, which require a restart.
Jagex evidently became aware of the project around the beginning of 2020. A lot of the company's employees liked it before the first Steam launch in the month of October the same year. As you can imagine, the developer is pretty satisfied to have a connection with the creators of one of their favorite games. "Being being able to work directly together with Jagex in direct collaboration on cheap gold osrs the game project has been an amazing dream come true," said Brendan Malcolm, the solo developer of Melvor Idle studio Games by Malcs.
