Hearthstone is getting its first character D2R Items who is a crossover from another Blizzard franchise, in the coming Mercenaries game mode. The new mode launches October 12. and one of the mercenaries named after them includes the devil that is part of the Diablo series. He's available as one of three bundles that you can pre-purchase that will be available for this game.

Blizzard released the brand new character among a lot of new details . We also got our first look at the Mercenaries game mode that Blizzard has been talking about since the beginning of this year. The game mode, as previously announced, Mercenaries integrates elements from RPGs and roguelikes into its own PvP/PvE game that is quite different than the normal Hearthstone collecting game.

In Mercenaries, you'll visit the Village in order to find a central point where you can look for Bounties, buy things at the Mercenaries shop, and collect mod-specific rewards. When you take on a Bounty you'll choose a group comprised of six Mercenaries. At the beginning of the battle, you'll pick three them to take on the challenge, with the remaining three sitting on the bench ready to take over if one of your characters fails or switches out due to a special ability. Complete Bounties will give you the opportunity buy diablo 2 resurrected items to increase the level of your heroes , as well as loot, and the bounties are reversible so you are able to continue collecting a particular type of loot.
