Practice makes perfect? I dunno, my 8-year old daughter was running around on the board of a Barbarian and having the most fun of her life lol Dark And Darker Gold. I think it depends on what you think about the game. If you always want to winwinwinthen this may not really be ideal for you, unless you're doing that so, kudos! But mostly, I've seen players wearing blue gear ???? take a step and become a victim of a fall, losing all their equipment, unless someone grabs it from their team. As they're furious the team just shrugs and begin playing again.
It started off with nothing. If you are patient enough to learn the rooms, the mobs and then the rules of all the other things, you'll getting stronger and you a bit more powerful. If you die, you'll are wiped out, not even that progress. Thus, each time ... you know, however many dungeons it takes in 5 levels and you're a stronger by gaining benefits. Through each of these intervals, you'll be able to learn more about dungeons. And how things function. It's all about patience.
Dark And Darker - The classes with less durability
The slow interactions are a way of keeping classes in check
The classes that are less durable (except for wizards) need to have fast interactions in order to get away or keep a their distance. Examples include those of the rogue and ranger.
I do think they've overdone it.. But that doesn't suggest that it's the sole method of interaction, for one example, barbarians that have an extremely low level of resourcefulness to interact with objects have access to 'Smash' perk that can destroy any unreinforced chests or doors with a two handed axe.
In extreme situations, wizards can use fireballs to blast doors and windows to make an escape too.
The game is in playtest. Please give them some grace cheap Dark And Darker Gold. I believe there will be more indepth combat or mechanics, maybe not levels of mordhau, but between chivalry and the game is at or at combating.
