"When you cast Cataclysm [since the Druid], no matter what is going on in the world it attracts the rain and storms with it," John tells me, adding that you'll also see puddles start to form on earth. "Although Diablo 4 is still an overhaul, there were small bits of Diablo 4 tech that made sense to carry over into Diablo 4."
