    1. Check the battery pile head

    The inspection first checks the battery pile head, cleans the battery pile head, and then tightens the screw of the pile head. Several times before the fire did not catch fire because the battery pile head was loose, resulting in poor contact and insufficient voltage. Conditional owners can use a multimeter voltage file to measure the battery voltage. If the battery is not faulty, the next step is to check the line. Follow the line of the battery to check whether the line is broken or the connector is loose. 

    2. Check the relay box fuse box  

    Next, start to check the start relay and fuse box, open the relay box to check whether the connector is loose, and then open the fuse box to check whether the start circuit fuse is burnt out. Of course, the failure of the starting motor or the generator can also lead to no fire. Among them, the failure of the generator will cause the generator to fail to generate electricity normally, and the battery power cannot be replenished, resulting in a low or no rotation of the starting motor. 

    Second, the cause of the oil circuit: when the start key is unscrewed, the starter motor can be turned very strongly, and the engine does not have the sound of abnormal mechanical friction, then it can be roughly determined as the cause of the oil circuit. The inspection of the fuel circuit of the direct injection vehicle is simpler than that of the circuit, and it is more complicated to inspect some electronically controlled high-pressure common rail engines.

    1. Check if there is enough fuel 

    First check if there is oil in the fuel tank, you may think this step is too incredible, but in fact, there are not many users who can't get a car because the fuel tank is out of fuel. A car with a good fuel gauge can observe the fuel level of the fuel tank through the fuel gauge, but it is recommended that it is best to check whether the fuel tank has enough fuel through the fuel tank level gauge or open the fuel tank cap at this time. After all, the fuel gauge will also malfunction. 

    2. Water release from oil-water separator 

    After confirming that the fuel tank has enough ignition diesel, the next step is the oil-water separator.In fact, many owners do not have the habit of draining the oil-water separator every day.If the quality of the oil used is not high, it may be due to diesel water. Too many to start. The oil-water separator generally has a red buoy.The density of this kind of buoy is between the water of the diesel, so it will float on the water and be at the point of diesel.When the buoy of the oil-water separator is observed in the middle, the bottom of the oil-water separator should be unscrewed in time. The drain bolt drains the water, which should be done for every oil-water separator. 

    3. Engine exhaust air 

    After excluding the cause of excessive water in diesel, if you can't get on the vehicle, the next step is to check whether the diesel is mixed with air.First, find the location of the hand oil pump.The installation location of the hand pump of different brands of engines is different, and some are installed in diesel. Near the pump, some are equipped with an electronic oil pump, so there is no need to manually exhaust the air.At present, most excavator hand oil pumps are installed above the oil-water separator, loosen the bleed bolt next to the hand oil pump, and press the hand oil pump by hand until the gas is deflated All the bolts come out of diesel, and then tighten the bleed bolt to complete the air exhaust work.
