Browns defensive end Myles Garrett spoke to reporters for the first time since suffering minor injuries in a single-car accident on Monday afternoon.Garrett, who was diagnosed with a sprained shoulder, strained biceps, cut wrist and bloodshot eye, told the media that he was "grateful to be alive" after seeing pictures of the wreck."Definitely a wakeup call for me," Garrett said.
