  • Pressed Bearings are an important part of contemporary machinery.     1. Deep groove ball bearings

    Deep groove ball bearings mainly bear radial load, but can also bear radial load and axial load at the same time. When it only bears radial load, the contact angle is zero. When the deep groove ball bearing has a large radial clearance, it has the performance of an angular contact bearing and can bear a large axial load. The friction coefficient of the deep groove ball bearing is very small and the limit speed is also high.

    Deep groove ball bearings are the most representative rolling bearings with a wide range of uses. It is suitable for high-speed or even extremely high-speed operation, and it is very durable without frequent maintenance. This type of bearing has low friction coefficient, high limit speed, simple structure, low manufacturing cost, and easy to achieve high manufacturing accuracy. Variety in size range and form, used in precision instruments, low-noise motors, automobiles, motorcycles and general machinery industries. It is the most widely used type of bearing in the machinery industry. Mainly bear radial load, but also can bear a certain amount of axial load.

    2. Cylindrical roller bearings

    Cylindrical roller bearings, the rolling element is a radial rolling bearing with cylindrical rollers. Cylindrical rollers and raceways are linear contact bearings. Load capacity, mainly bear radial load. The friction between the rolling element and the retaining edge of the ring is small, which is suitable for high-speed rotation. Cylindrical roller bearings with no ribs on the inner ring or outer ring, the inner ring and outer ring can move relative to the axial direction, so it can be used as a free end bearing. Cylindrical roller bearings with double ribs on one side of the inner ring and outer ring and a single rib on the other side of the ring can bear a certain degree of axial load in one direction. Generally use steel stamping cage or copper alloy car solid cage. But there is also a part of the use of polyamide forming cage.

    3. Thrust ball bearings

    Thrust ball bearings are designed to withstand thrust loads during high-speed operation, and are composed of washer-shaped ferrules with ball rolling grooves. Because the ring is in the shape of a cushion, thrust ball bearings are divided into two types: flat base cushion type and self-aligning spherical cushion type. In addition, this kind of bearing can bear axial load, but cannot bear radial load.

    Thrust ball bearing is composed of three parts: seat ring, shaft ring and steel ball cage assembly. The shaft ring matched with the shaft is called the shaft ring, and the seat ring matched with the housing. Thrust ball bearings are only suitable for parts that bear one-sided axial load and low speed, such as crane hooks, vertical water pumps, vertical centrifuges, jacks, and low-speed reducers. The shaft ring, seat ring and rolling element of the bearing are separated and can be assembled and disassembled separately.
