(1) Before ventilation, turn the handle of the pressure regulating valve to the "O" position to prevent sudden extension of the air leg during ventilation and accidents.

(2) When using Tapered Button Bits to drill, you must first test the car, run it for about 10 minutes under low air pressure (0.3MPa) or half-driving, and check for abnormal operation.

(3) When opening the eyes, use a small wind to activate the Tapered Button Bits, and gradually drive the whole truck to drill while the air leg's top force gradually increases. Don't push too hard, advance too fast, to prevent eye position deviation. Don't suddenly drive the whole car when the thrust of the air leg is at its maximum, so as not to break the braze and hurt people. After the eye position is opened correctly, the drill bit is positioned and the rock starts to be drilled, the rock can be drilled normally with the best impact force, torque and propulsion force according to different lithologies.

(4) The pressure of gas and water supply should be within the specified range. If the pressure is too high, the parts will wear out or "hammer washing" will be accelerated; if the pressure is too low, the drilling efficiency will be reduced and the hole cleaning effect will be poor, or even abnormal Rock drilling.

(5) Do not run the whole car idling for a long time, especially violently "driving". Prevent the cylinder temperature from being too high, and the parts are scratched or damaged.

(6) In case of cracks, caves or other reasons, the impact force should be reduced, the rotation speed should be increased, or even the impact should be stopped, and the rotation and strong air blowing should be used to avoid the failure of the clamping. Do not continue drilling until the fault is eliminated

(7) When the air supply in the impact part cannot be started, the control valve installed on the equipment should be closed, and the residual air in the air duct should be drained before restarting.

(8) When pulling the drill, it is advisable to drive halfway to pull the drill. When the drill bit is about to exit the eye hole, it is necessary to control the rotation and pull-out speed to prevent the drill rod from shaking too much.

(9) Drilling Tools Manufacturer must withdraw to a safe area after the drilling is completed, and place it securely to avoid damage to the equipment during blasting.
